How you will make a difference:
The Senior Value Consultant is a customer-facing advisor interacting with senior executives and members of the C-Suite. As a Value Consultant, you will help customers establish a shared vision in their digital transformation journey and help them envision and achieve their strategic goals. The value consultant plays a critical role in the sales cycle of new business, expansions, and renewals by leading customer engagements in collaboration with Sales/Customer Success and Solution Consulting / Solution Architecture / Marketing teams. They develop quantitative and qualitative analyses for customer engagements, helping customers understand the value of Iterable to their business, while making strategic recommendations to advance their transformation journey.
This role works cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Solution-Consulting, Solution Architecture, Professional Services, Sales Enablement, Marketing and other teams leveraging a value-based methodology. In addition to leveraging quantitative and qualitative skills, the Value Consultant also conducts company and industry research, creates thought leadership materials, and creates scalable and repeatable materials to benefit the broader company. This position is primarily focused on post-sales supporting customer uplifts and renewals but may also support pre-sales new business as needed. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Value Consulting.

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $113,500 - $172,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.
Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. In addition, we offer perks such as generous stipends for health & fitness and learning & development, among others.
