CHIRURGIEMECHANIKER (m/w/d) für die Endmontage

IHR AUFGABENGEBIET:

• Herstellung von ein- und mehrteiligen medizintechnischen Instrumenten durch mechanische Herstellungsprozesse, sowie Laserschweißen Bearbeitung und Montage der Instrumente und Baugruppen

• Termin- und sachgerechte Montage nach Fertigungsaufträgen, Montage- und Prüfanweisungen, Verfahrensanweisungen und Zeichnungen

• Arbeiten an konventionellen Maschinen

• Durchführen von Funktionsprüfungen

• Farbcodieren von Instrumenten

• Durchführung der Inprozess- und Endprüfungen gemäss Q-Dokumenten

• Endmontage und Prüfung der hergestellten Instrumente.

• Umsetzung der qualitätsrelevanten Vorgaben und Hausordnung

IHR PROFIL:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Chirurgiemechaniker oder langjährige Berufserfahrung im ges. Bereich

• Zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
