Job Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth analysis and debugging of failing units from various stages of the manufacturing process, including in-circuit test (ICT), functional test (FCT), and system-level test (SLT).
• Utilize a range of diagnostic tools, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers, to pinpoint root causes of failures.
• Collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and implement test procedures and fixtures to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Document test results, failure modes, and debugging steps accurately and comprehensively.
• Provide technical support and training to production operators on test processes and troubleshooting techniques.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and manufacturing yield.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment during night shift hours.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and quality standards.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in diagnostic testing, test engineering, or product validation within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design principles.
• Proficiency in using common test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, etc.).
• Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) and test software development (e.g., LabVIEW, TestStand, Python) is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and occasional weekends as required.
