DAS SIND IHRE AUFGABEN:

• Implementiere neue Fertigungstechnologien und -prozesse

• Plane, budgetiere und organisiere komplexe Projekte

• Identifiziere und analysiere Verbesserungen im Fertigungsprozess

• Teilnehmen aktiv an der Projektdurchführung

• Konzeptstudien erstellen und dem Management präsentieren

DABEI BERICHTEN SIE AN:

Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium als Ingenieur (Maschinenbau, , Verfahrenstechnik, Medizintechnik, o.ä.)

• Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement (mindestens 3 Jahre)

• Führungserfahrung mit interdisziplinären Teams

• Hohe Motivation und Eigenständigkeit

• Umfassende Kenntnisse von Fertigungstechnologien und Produktionsabläufen

• Gute Kenntnisse in der Kostenanalyse und Aufbereitung von Business Cases

• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten

• Lösungsorientiert, Durchsetzungsstark und Entscheidungsfreudig

• Berufserfahrung im Pharma- oder Medizinalbereich von Vorteil

• Fliessend Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
