Payment Software Engineer - Test Automation

Key Responsibilities

• Implement automated test scenarios for payment

• Develop and maintain EMV L2 test automation suite for payment terminal certification

• Setup and maintain CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing workflows

• Collaborate with manufacturing, hardware, and QA teams to ensure test coverage aligns with production requirements

• Maintain test documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in embedded or payment systems testing

• Strong programming skills in Python and RESTful APIfor test automation

• English proficiency for effective collaboration with global team

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field

• Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines

• Understanding of hardware interfaces (USB, UART, RS232)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with testing robots or similar automation platforms

• EMVCo certification or hands-on experience with EMV Level 2 kernel testing

• Experience with GitLab CI/CD and Docker containerization

• Experience with Android-based payment terminals and diagnostic tools
