What will you do?
Responsible for managing the delivery of operations management engagement
Ensure all client-agreed SLAs and KPIs are met
Expert level understanding of procure-to-pay and supply chain operations processes
Manage programs comprising various operations processes like Req to PO, expediting, catalog implementation, contract administration, etc
Wide range of expertise on various P2P & supply chain tools
Create SOPs, desktop procedures, and process maps under the guidance of the supervisor
Present monthly reports to clients
Drive QA programs independently and take corrective actions
Interact with cross-functional teams to resolve various supplier and stakeholder issues like order status, payment status, etc
Prepare reports & dashboards to showcase operational metrics
Drive continuous improvement programs to improve efficiency across the process
Manage mid to senior-level client stakeholders
How will you get here?
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field
Experience:
10-15 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain or an equivalent combination of education and experience
At least 5 years of experience as a current or previous Jabil employee is highly preferred
Ability to be consultative and influence
Strong communication skills
Expert-level skills in project management tools like MS Visio, PowerPoint, RPA, etc.
Proficient in MS Office and SAP

The pay range for this role is $122,800 - $221,000. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
