enablement, including Identify new tool and automation requirements
Identify technology testing gaps in corresponding function
Communicate with project team, CTO and work with execution team.
Conduct performance testing and benchmarking to evaluate server performance under different loads and conditions.
Continuously monitor server performance metrics using tools.
Involves analyzing server performance metrics
Planning for schedule and execution resources (HC, SUT, material parts).
Work with development teams to ensure system performance at the server level.
Act as the point of contact for Performance-related inquiries and issues.
Highlight project risks, critical defects and report test status to project team and manager.
Generate performance reports for management and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above.
5+ years of directly related experience, preferably server or storage products. It is better to have in project management.
Be familiar with CPU, Memory, GPU, Storage and Network device.
Be familiar with System UEFI and BMC.
Be familiar with Windows/RHEL/SLES/VMware OS
Excellent cross-function communication skills, must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem solving skills and the capacity to think out of the box.
Must be self-motivated, flexible, and willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Fluent English speaking and writing skills.
