DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES

• Diariamente, ser responsable de organizar la carga de trabajo para el procesamiento de máquinas CNC a través del monitor del sistema MPMS.

• Validar datos de examen y producción de piezas de herramientas mediante programación CAM.

• Auditar el estado de mantenimiento de la maquinaria CNC según el registro de mantenimiento.

• Asistir al supervisor en la creación de soluciones a largo plazo para excepciones y control de calidad.

• Asistir al supervisor en la mejora de la productividad del equipo.

• Asegurar mejoras en las excepciones.

• Puede realizar otras tareas y responsabilidades según se asignen.

REQUISITOS DEL TRABAJO

REQUISITOS DE CONOCIMIENTO

• Familiaridad con la operación y mantenimiento de máquinas de fresado CNC y dispositivos EROWA.

• Familiaridad con la estructura y el dibujo de herramientas.

• Familiaridad con el proceso de fabricación CNC.

• Capacidad para manejar emergencias y organizar el trabajo diario.

REQUISITOS DE EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA

• Título universitario o superior.

• 6 años de experiencia relacionada; o combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.
