Janssen Scientific Affairs, LLC, Center for Medical and Healthcare Excellence (CMHE), a member of the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson, is looking for three (3) summer interns in the Titusville, NJ, Horsham, PA, or virtual location.
Position #1: 2023 Learning Excellence Summer Intern – located in Titusville, NJ
The Learning Excellence (LEx) team enables Janssen Scientific Affairs & Medical Affairs (JSAMA) trainers & training roles to develop the JSAMA workforce of the future by reducing barriers to Learning & Development (L&D) Excellence. This is accomplished by reducing the burden of repetitive and redundant tasks and activities for trainers, including Therapeutic Area-agnostic curriculum and content design and evaluation, delivery and metrics, and defining gaps, analyzing root causes, and measuring outcomes of interventions to enable trainers to close gaps between existing and desired performance for trainers through an integrated learning experience technology.

Expected hours : Position involves approximately 8 hours of work per day, Monday through Friday (a 40-hour work week) in Titusville, NJ.
Position #2: 2023 Patient Engagement Research Summer Intern– located virtually
The Patient Engagement Research team works to inspire patient voice in research across medical and scientific affairs. This internship will support the creation of a cross-therapeutic area virtual Patient Listening Lesson to expose a broad range of scientific and medical affairs colleagues to the importance of patient voice in research through our Patient Engagement Research Council (PERC) platform. Position #3: 2023 Operational Excellence Summer Intern– located in Horsham, PA
Operational Excellence is focused on efficient onboarding, streamlined processes, and knowledge sharing enabling JSA to perform as an agile and innovative organization. This summer intern candidate would have an interest in gaining Pharmaceutical industry experience, including project management, experience with IT systems, and designing project plans and training documents for the JSA department.
Expected hours: Position involves approximately 8 hours of work per day, Monday through Friday (a 40-hour work week) in Horsham, PA.
