Acquisitions, Divestitures & NPI Project Manager (APAC)

The position is designed to drive the successful implementation of key strategic projects including acquisition and divestiture (A&D) and new product introduction, implementation & development initiatives within Deliver Asia Pacific. The main responsibilities of this individual will be to lead and coordinate across work streams to ensure the delivery of Final Project Objectives of A&D and NPI projects.  This individual will partner closely with in country Deliver teams, cross-functional internal & external partners including commercial at the global, regional and local level.

The scope of key responsibilities includes:

• Represent Deliver Asia Pacific team for projects within the acquisition & divestiture space including transition planning during sign to close and execution of integration and separation activities post close until full exit. Responsibilities also extend to include certain due diligence, reverse due diligence, and market entry activities.
• Organize and lead in-country teams in the planning and execution of acquisition and divestiture project cutovers including asset/inventory transfers, order to cash setup as well as customer service and distribution channel readiness/optimization.
• Develop product flow data maps capturing physical, logical & title/financial flows of priority product portfolios, where required by an acquisition or divestiture project.
• Be accountable for management of activities and obligations related to Transition Service Agreements and Transition Business Licensing Agreements including sales order to cash process setup and cutovers.
• Manage project execution to ensure final project objectives (FPOs) as well as project timeline (critical milestones) and budget are met.
• Ensure interdependencies and risks are properly highlighted and escalated through the proper channels and consistency in execution.
• Consistently drive project execution, risk mitigation and issue resolution with local team members and key stakeholders across global, regional, and external entities.
• Lead other strategic projects and contribute to achieving PM/Analytics goals & objectives as needed / assigned.
• Single point of contact for the execution of NPI projects.
• Using A&D frameworks, execute an efficient, regional, strategy for NPI projects.
• Identify and leverage possible synergies for new capabilities from acquisitions or product launches.
• Consolidate and report information on A,D & NPI activities that impact APAC Deliver operations.
