Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join the Business Unit Finance team, located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Responsible to provide FP&A support for LATAM in the Vision Care segment, the Finance Analyst is a key player in Financial Planning, Closing Analysis and Reporting activities, with significant exposure with LATAM Finance Leadership Team as well as great connection with the Business Leadership team.

The Finance Analyst will report to a BUF Regional Office Manager and will have a strong leadership when working with multiple partners across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all the activities for all cycle forecasts

• Perform and present monthly financial reports and related analyses to understand the performance of business versus all forecast cycles.

• Monitors and oversight department expense and capital budgeting, tracking, reporting, month end, and quarter close expenses and costs.

• Prepares / presents ad hoc analyses and presentations for stakeholders

• Provide timely insights & updates to business by bringing Risks & Opportunities analytics on sales and P&L and Cash flow

• Perform revenue recognition and cost accounting Analysis,

• Support the period closing process
