As a CVA Analyst, within the U.S. ECM organization, this role will be responsible for timely and accurate review of contract compliance for regional Managed Care Organizations (MCO) and Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) Customers as it pertains to formularies and medical policy guidelines, and will communicate results to key stakeholders, including Customers, Account Management, and internal operations. This role is expected to support various levels of complex accounts and execute against department SOPs, meet department documentation and process expectations, lead and implement process improvements within the team, and support the internal department metrics and external analytics. They will foster relationships with our Operating Companies, Business Partners, and Customers, and help identify additional opportunities to enhance the process, capabilities, and success of the department.
