    AMO Sales and Services Inc., a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for an Application Support Manager located in the Pacific Northwest Region of the United States: Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming.  Ideal candidate will reside near a major airport: Seattle or Portland area.

    The Application Support Manager will provide clinical and technical support to physicians, nurses and other medical professionals on company products and services.  Coordinates and executes research programs by medical affairs (post approval studies, investigator-initiated trials, registries, and non-registration studies).  Provides technical information and education regarding the safe and effective use of company products to health care providers and other customers.  Conducts clinical educational activities that facilitate learning regarding clinically relevant information to physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals.  Participates in the company's drug surveillance program which includes following up on adverse reaction reports.  Provides quantitative and qualitative data analysis for Phase IV trials.  Communicates and presents data professionally, accurately and in a timely manner.  Participates in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to obtain information useful to customers, sales and marketing.  Integrates appropriate information into training programs.  Answers scientific inquiries from the healthcare community and customer concerns about products and their use.  Educates customers on clinical use of diagnostic and interventional products.
