The Therapy Advancement Manager is the only field-based marketing role at Biosense Webster with both sales and marketing responsibilities. The position reports to the National Therapy Advancement Manager and is part of the commercial marketing organization. All activities are aligned with the Area Vice President and field sales organization to ensure maximum effectiveness. The Area Therapy Advancement Manager will coordinate and utilize resources with business partners including, but not limited to, Professional Education, Health Economics and Market Access (HEMA) and Strategic Customer Group (SCG).
Responsibilities
Develop and manage Regional Therapy Advancement team members
Advocate on behalf of EP programs to health system administration
Engage with hospital administrators and physicians to gain alignment on projects
Identity accounts, align objectives with Area Vice President and National Therapy Advancement Manager and execute plans that will ultimately allow us to accommodate more patients
Promote and maximize the use of all available customer resources developed by commercial marketing, Professional Education, HEMA, and SCG
Increase overall awareness of the AFib disease state among all stakeholders
Connect physicians with commercial and strategic marketing to advocate products and programs that will strengthen customer relationships
Plan and execute national-level marketing projects that will contribute to organizational goals
Work with field sales teams to achieve business objectives
Serve as a member of sales area leadership team
