    The Associate Director, Advanced Analytics will be responsible for managing various Advanced Analytics/AI solutions to facilitate the generation of actionable insights. The incumbent will be responsible for project managing development and implementation of advanced analytics/AI innovations to ensure successful delivery. The incumbent will also be in charge of the ongoing operations of advanced analytics solutions to ensure Advanced Analytics models continue to work and scale with increased data volumes. The Incumbent will serve as the subject matter expert for Advanced Analytics/AI capabilities in support of business needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leverage Advanced Analytics/AI Innovations to Generate Insights

    • Perform routine or ad-hoc hands-on analyses using advanced analytics to generate actionable insights
    • Recommend and implement intelligent automated solutions to increase the efficiency of insights generation
    • Keep up-to-date on the leading edge data mining and machine learning innovations and leverage them for the insights generation process
    • Deliver effective recommendations of findings through effective visual displays of quantitative and qualitative information
    • Coordinate with business and IT partners to operationalize successful analytical experiments into production
       

    Manage Project Deployment and Model/Data Quality for Advanced Analytics Projects

    • Ideate, shape, and project manage assigned portfolio of advanced analytics projects

    • Drive execution of projects to ensure successful expected strategic outcomes. Identify and engage partners across Scientific and Medical Affairs, to participate in both shaping and execution of strategic analytical projects

    • Identify and partner with data and content owners across scientific functions to ensure data quality and proper presentation of metrics for model evaluations

    • Partner across business functions and with IT to ensure executed programs are compliantly operationalized

    Manage Operations and Model Sustainability for Advanced Analytics Projects

    • Manage operations (enhancements, model training etc.) for operationalized analytical solutions and capabilities in partnership with vendors, IT partners and other business partners
    • Participate in problem-solving and issue resolution as required
    • Ensure compliance of the operationalized capabilities
    • Partner with IT and business partners on system upgrade projects as needed
       

    Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Advanced Analytics/AI

    • Serve as Subject matter expert (SME) within the business on advanced analytics; provide evaluations and guidance on ongoing implementations and existing projects in production
    • Partner across the organization and with line management to set strategic business priorities
    • Serve as a key business analyst to shape the business requirements in partnership with business and IT partners, including reviewing and approving project artifacts that support program execution as needed (e.g., User Stories, Tasks, etc.)
