This position will serve as an internal consultant to marketing, finance, and business partners: deliver meaningful recommendations, shape decision-making, and drive organizational action. The position plays a key role in counseling the commercial senior leadership team in the development and evaluation of new and existing business strategies and tactics and as a result, shares accountability for business results. This individual must have outstanding leadership skills, a consistent track record to lead collaboration across teams, inspire without authority, and encourage risk-taking. They will have the tenacity and fortitude to pursue novel solutions and analytics that address the needs of patients. Key Responsibilities: Use and proactively identify enhancements to the multiple sclerosis forecast model Partner to integrate all information (custom, syndicated, forecasted, and modeled) into forecasts and assessments of organizational strategies with the potential to drive tangible growth in revenue or profit Identify and develop metrics to measure and monitor brand performance through dashboards and reports to leadership Integrate forecast, analytics, primary research, and business intelligence developed by peers across the Commercial Insights & Strategy team for Neurodegeneration franchise and translate into business impact Provide input to brand strategy, business plans, and new product launch plans for Neurodegeneration franchise Ensure timely tracking of forecast accuracy and key assumptions across key data sources – prescription/sales, patient claims, call activity and competitive landscape to evaluate risk & opportunities Focus on key business questions and frame business problems into analytic plans The ability to demonstrate leadership courage in order to set boundaries and ensure time is spent on the most critical/high value projects is critical About you You are compassionate and empathetic, putting yourself in the shoes of the patients you support and the providers who care for them. Qualifications Qualifications Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or other advanced degree is preferred. Experience and Skills: Required: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience in business analytics, forecasting, market research, marketing, finance, and/or management consulting 2+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in forecasting Demonstrated business/market experience to influence franchise/brand level decisions and strategies Demonstrated success solving business problems and generating meaningful insights and recommendations General management thinking and critical thinking skills Experience in developing comprehensive and impactful recommendations and solutions that drive key decisions Strength in storytelling, data visualization, and developing effective presentations Preferred: Multiple sclerosis experience Experience in business analytics or finance Experience or knowledge of pharmaceutical secondary data sources and specialty markets Knowledge and experience of working with specific data sets of pharma and specialty pharmacy data sources including claims, sales, prescription, RWE Proficiency with Excel and Tableau This position is based in Titusville and will require up to 5% domestic travel Other: At Johnson & Johnson, we’re on a mission to change the trajectory of health for humanity.
