THE OPPORTUNITY

How you can help.

This position serves as the regional role for both the Customer Solutions and Engineering functions,

and well as the Deliver Excellence for ANZ plus the Rest of Asia markets (excluding China and Japan markets). Responsible to strengthen functional expertise in operation optimization and digitalization areas to elevate operational capabilities, efficiency & excellence among PHARM Deliver Operations.

This role is being created as part of the post evolution of DELIVER into a Segment focused organization, to enhance support and solutioning to better serve the region and markets.

What you’ll do . 

• Drive key Customer Experience System Solution deployment process for all market clusters and selected topics.
• Support Customer Experience System Solution deployment in the Deliver organization
• Collect business requirements then define technical capability to serve customers through engineering, technology, systems, and automation
• Drive all regional Deliver excellence programmes across the ANZ & ROA Clusters
• Support to identify business improvement opportunity and drive the value realization for cluster.
• Support to define business process standards and outline best practices to improve cost/efficiency/service for cluster.
• Evaluate and implement technology, digitalization, and analytics solutions to support process capability maturity for cluster.
• Strengthen Continuous Improvement capabilities and digital adoption for cluster. Deploy JJOS methodology implementation and drive business excellence.
• Lead local performance management review and support portfolio management.
