Responsible for all the marketing and sales activities to achieve the business objectives within business policies and guidelines as well as departmental budget. Conduct performance evaluations. Coach and motivate a sales team to achieve business goals. Manage a marketing manager for joints reconstruction and Mitek sports medicine. Job Responsibilities Set the strategic direction for Joints Reconstruction and Mitek Sports Medicine business units for Singapore. Manage marketing and sales strategies for both franchises and execute the strategies through the sales team. Implement marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, sales and marketing programs to achieve maximum sales and profit. Portfolio optimization for both franchises to ensure NPIs are launched timely to refresh current product offerings to customers. Coaching conversations with the sales managers to drive sales force productivity and utilizing integrity selling model to achieve business objectives. Develop and monitor departmental budgets. Managing discount and pricing policy Communicate and track short and long range sales and marketing plans. Research new markets and applications for volume growth. Spend 50% of their time in the field with staff. Experience in contracts renewal negotiations with government and private enterprises. Consistently promote and nurture the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and compliance at all times, including our Global Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies and procedures. Qualifications University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent, MBA is an advantage Requirement of (8-10) years in medical device sales and/or sales management experience preferred. A strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills. Strong, demonstrated leadership qualities, driven by a passion to excel in a customer-centric and innovative organization. Desirable characteristics Degree in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences are preferred.
