    Position summary

    Janssen Business Services (JBS) belongs to the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. JBS is a global organization located in USA, Belgium, Ireland, The Netherlands, Singapore and Switzerland.

    Within JBS, our mission is to provide diligent stewardship of the Janssen business model, by protecting and optimizing the product intellectual property (IP) structures in close collaboration with Janssen Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, Tax and Treasury.

    Currently we are looking for Business User Access Manager to join the JBS organization in  Switzerland/ United States/ India/ Singapore/ other locations.  

    The purpose of the role is for our JBS Business User Access Management team, we are currently looking for a passionate individual who is subject matter expert in user access management, SAP authorizations and GRC concept to support one of the most critical pharmaceutical SAP platforms for Johnson & Johnson.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support and promote SAP GRC and User Access Management Strategy, manage the operational activities and project support transforming into a S4 HANA future model.

    • Recommend and implement user access management improvements on operational procedures and governance framework

    • Internal knowledge sharing and educational activities for the team

    • Support the team for authorization related change management and ensure team members have all the necessary guidelines and tools for effective job performance.

    • Ensure the role design is compliant with SOX, GxP and IT security and all other internal control & regulatory requirements within user access management framework.

    • Act as business single point of contact for the IT AS security team and authorization concept gate keeper for different SAP systems.

    • Evaluate, monitor, and ensure the defined authorization concept is being followed. Support IS AS security team and business to transfer business requirements into a technical SAP role implementation. Provide advice on role concept improvements. Perform role and user data monitoring checks and validations.

    • Provide subject matter expertise for continuous improvement of SAP GRC functionalities and the enterprise rule set by providing valid business requirements and recommendations. Key business contact for supporting the preparation, testing and roll out of SAP GRC with key focus on Access Control and Process Control.

    • Authorization related project support to ensure project Goals & Objectives are met and according to the defined access management governance framework.

    • Implement efficient processes and support daily operational business to ensure complex authorization related issues can be resolved on a timely basis. Provide high quality service to our key stakeholders.

    • Manage the design, build, test, and support of specific automation tooling for JBS Finance processes (MS Office automation).
