    Position summary

    The FS&T Change, Communications, & Training (CCT) Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the change management and communications strategy for the Close, Consolidations and External Reporting (CCER) initiative as part of Account to Report (A2R), which is a foundational part of the SigniFi transformation program, a key journey being led by the Finance Solutions & Training (FS&T) organization in partnership with Business Unit Finance and the enterprise.

    The primary focus will be to support the implementation of the Finance roadmap plans through successful minimum viable product (MVP) deployment cycles within CCER/A2R in order to maximize end user and partner engagement and minimize resistance. This individual will engage closely with key stakeholders within the workstream teams, such as Global Process Owners (GPOs) and workstream leads, to support stakeholder assessments and the development and execution of the change strategy to enable sustainment of new ways of working and behaving in Finance.

    This individual will assist the FS&T Program and Portfolio Change & Communications Director to coordinate and maintain an integrated and global view of the FS&T and CCER change & communications plans by providing the CCER inputs. This role allows J&J to disseminate cohesive language as related to FS&T projects such as CCER in order to maintain transparency and maximize employee engagement.

    The Manager, Change & Communications, supports the development and deployment of a global change management and communications strategy, enabling global and cross-functional stakeholders to understand, engage, prepare for and ultimately adopt new ways of working associated with the Finance SigniFi transformational initiative. This role plays a critical part in the identification of change and stakeholder impacts, and partners closely with cross functional stakeholders to align and deliver change and engagement strategies that enhance readiness and minimize resistance. Reporting to the FS&T Program and Portfolio Change & Communications Director, the Manager has exceptional collaboration and execution capabilities, and partners closely with the FS&T Training Team to build and deploy an effective learning and training strategy. This role also partners closely with FS&T Communications and Deployment teams to ensure timely and synchronized delivery of communications, measurement, and adoption tactics. This role is critical in ensuring alignment of stakeholder change management, communications, and training activities with the broader stakeholder engagement roadmap for SigniFi. This role will be crucial in helping to ensure change and communications tactics are simple, clear, engaging and effective in helping stakeholders navigate an exciting and fast paced transformation journey. 

    Major Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Development and leadership of global change and communications strategy
    • Identification of stakeholder and change impacts, engaging leaders to understand the stakeholder landscape, diverse needs and perspectives
    • Development of change tools, communications and messaging that are crisp, clear and effective in driving understanding and influencing action
    • Coaches leaders and stakeholders on change management strategies, providing targeted guidance to enable ownership and action
    • Builds and leverages forums such as change champion network to drive change effectively at all levels of the organization, and develops targeted sponsor and business partner engagement strategies to support change readiness and adoption
    • Deploys appropriate engagement, measurement, and adoption tactics to measure effectiveness of change tactics, and effects continuous improvement as needed
    • Partners seamlessly with Program & Regional Change and Deployment teams to deploy changes in unison, leading with transparency and agility to deliver best outcomes for our customers
