Clinical Support Specialist, Banska Bystrica
Location: Banska Bystrica
Responsible for promoting new technologies and clinical workflow optimization in collaboration with BW distributor at established and new hospital accounts.
Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with customers focusing to deliver case support and clinical consulting that drives sales results and market share gain respecting profitability and conducting ethical business behavior on daily basis.
The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
- Execute clinical consulting on CARTO technology to drive optimized workflow and improved patient care
- Provide clinical case support
- Manage hardware, software and service deals directly with customers including pricing, tenders and negotiation with top administrative stakeholders
- Deliver immediate hardware and software troubleshooting
- Promote and introduce new products in target hospitals, execute state-of-the-art product launches’ process
- Drive lab optimization / procedure efficiency incentives
- Ensure close collaboration with distributor with regards to new technology penetration and adoption
- Develop and execute customer engagement plans
- Collect and report field intelligence regularly
- Contribute to forecasting activities for disposable and capital equipment
- Participate in industry symposia, medical meetings, and monitor the industry’s business
- Fulfills other task/duties set by line manager
