Purpose:
Ensure and manage commercial data reports and quality strategic planning processes (accuracy, on-time delivery, relevance) - Gross Sales (billing, financial credit notes, sell-in/sell-out)
Database management (product/customers)
Pricing, Discounts, Promotions, other Channel Incentives
Demand projections
BP KPIs: definition and monitoring of business indicators
Contribute to strengthening the marketing model and customer development by evaluating, monitoring, and optimizing the business model, aiming for excellence in market execution (KPIs: service cost, service level, channel incentives, sales incentives, CRM). - Support in Sales Team Development
Efficiencies in Channel Investments/Commercial Policies
Support in BP (Business Plan) Development
Propose best practices and connect with other business units for follow-up.
