The team is fundamentally changing how Finance supports the Johnson & Johnson businesses in the region. This means the FP&A CoE provides the ideal work environment for those who enjoy being challenged and rapidly growing their horizons. Primarily in this role you will work to shape, drive & lead activities in the areas of forecasting / planning and reporting. The areas covered are often complex in nature and require process expertise, in depth knowledge of FP&A area, strong collaboration across different countries, cultures and levels of organization. Scope: Reporting to the FP&A Manager Business focus: J&J Medical Devices sector G5 - France Partnering with the French business unit team Responsibilities: Own existing French Business Planning process, calendar, deliverables Coordinate cost budgeting and the Latest Thinking results forecast process Own FP&A monthly commentaries, including Sales, Gross Profit and other financials as required Prepare and present financial reviews to French Finance Leader, in collaboration with FP&A leadership Actively participate within the FP&A team in key EMEA region initiatives and projects Liaise with regional finance and cross functional French business partners to ensure process alignment and efficient, effective collaboration Ensure that the latest FP&A COE standards are rolled out to France Meet all Compliance Requirements: SOX, J&J Records Retention rules, HCC/HCBI/IAPP etc Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and finance qualification Strong post qualification experience Strong analytical skills, ability to analyse and interpret financial data Collaborative in style, open to change and strong continuous improvement mindset Varied experiences in management accounting, decision support etc Ability to bring clarity to complex business issues and proven success in managing projects & processes Strong communication, influencing & business partnering skills with an ability to flex communication styles appropriate to different levels and stakeholders Anticipate and manage competing and changing priorities; recommend trade-offs for business impact Advanced knowledge of SAP, Excel, and ideally J&J systems Experience using financial planning tools such as TM1 etc. Fluent in English and intermediate knowledge of French (written & oral) nice to have Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
