Position resume
Manages the development and implementation of the sales training programs. Responsible for the daily operation and performance of Sales Training Department. Provides expertise and guidance to sales management on the establishment of training priorities for both long term and short term objectives.
Main responsabilities:
• Manages daily activities of the sales training department. This includes, but not limited to supervision and development of the department staff, and administration of sales training policies and guidelines.
• Provides input to management board(s) on training and development issues and other areas Assesses the ongoing training needs of the entire sales force based on sales direction.
• Performs analysis on current sales activities and suggests programs with the most effective means of training measures for the sales force to meet the overall objective of the organization.
• Develops and delivers training programs and materials to address all ongoing and advanced training and development of sales representatives with emphasis on selling, territory management, management skills and concepts.
• Manages the development of annual sales training budget and manages costs.
• Keeps expertise in updated training technology.
• Identifies market trends and recommends appropriate actions.
• Develops and initiates specific training and development programs, prepares or organizes conference or sales meetings.
• Ensures that sales training practices are in compliance with all government or legal requirements.
