    Position summary

    Job Summary:

    Perform all duties related to the delivery of Total Rewards Services. Provides analytical support to the Total Rewards team and supports the execution of various compensation and benefits processes in multiple countries.

    Responsibilities:

    (80%) Compensation:

    • Conduct job evaluations and provide salary recommendations i.e. job offer, salary adjustments, etc.
    • Develop Executive and non-standard job offers.
    • Provide detailed analytical support to the Total Rewards team including but not limited to, extensive research, ad hoc analysis, benchmark reports (including ad hoc benchmarking requests) and make recommendations.
    • Participate in Total Rewards surveys and support overall process coordination.
    • Benchmarks Total Rewards programs relative to market and peer group companies and performs analyses to determine organization's competitive position.
    • Create and/or update salary structures.
    • Coordinate and administer Total Rewards programs, policies and procedures, as well as make change recommendations as necessary.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of Total Rewards administrative guidelines and programs.
    • Assess TR-related issues and resolves within leadtime.   
    • Coordinates project work and manages processes.
    • Maintain and ensure proper execution of recognition programs
    • Manage relationship with consultants and/or compensation survey vendors

    (20%) Benefits

    • Manage relationship with different vendors as well as their performance (i.e. brokers, benefits providers, survey vendors and provider of benefits portal) and coordinate coverage reviews, renewals and enrollment activities;
    • Coordinate reviewing, designing and implementing benefits plans in the Asia Pacific region in cooperation with all relevant stakeholders.
    • Maintain benefit programs and ensure that these are consistently administered in compliance with the company's policies and procedures and external regulations and effectively delivered to the organization.
    • Resolve escalated inquiries and/or policy interpretation and manage exception.
    • Conduct recurring and ad hoc audits and transactions.
    • Handle complex analytics and inquiries for acquisition, integration and divestitures
