Position Overview The Global Content Management team within Johnson & Johnson Consumer plans, architects, executes and validates master data for the organization and its partners. This business-critical data is governed by cross-organizational processes that enable an exceptional consumer experience while ensuring robust commitment to data quality and compliance with our regulatory partners. The team is comprised of several Analysts and Team Leads that work multi-functionally with the system users and partners to implement and be responsible for controlled data dictionaries. First and foremost, the Local Content Management Analyst will provide business and content analyses for the Global Consumer Experience (GxO) - Consumer Care organization at the Regional and Market Levels. This role will support the tactical execution and maintenance of the master data and knowledge strategies to deliver efficient, accurate, consistent and controlled master data and knowledge information in the GCC Platform, Social Studio and Reputation Studio as well as the consistent and accurate master dataflow from the GCC Platform to other GCC and downstream partner enterprise transactional systems (e.g., knowledge management system, quality/product safety system). The Local Content Management Analyst will execute regional and market executions of master data and knowledge activities aligning with data strategy and processes. This business-critical data is governed by intra-department and inter-department data/knowledge requirements that enable an exceptional consumer experience while ensuring robust commitment to data quality and compliance with such partners as Consumer Business Intelligence, Complaint Vigilance and the Office of Consumer Medical Safety. The Local Content Management Analyst will contribute to workflow dashboard metrics for key performance indicators and resource management. In addition, the Analyst will contribute to the constant development of GCC Content Management-related procedures, incidence, investigations and corrective actions / preventative actions. The goal of this position is to ensure the implementation and maintenance of regional master data and knowledge information used to drive global change controls. Key Responsibilities The Analyst’s key responsibilities include: Request complex local data change controls, collaborating with the local requester to ensure that the change requested adheres to the master data processes and partners’ requirements at the global and regional levels. Curate and publish corporate, brand and product knowledge articles ensuring accurate and consistent information is available to the GCC and its partners. Maintain accurate and detailed content management workflow statistics supporting dashboard metrics. Collaborate with Information Technology to report and help solve content management tools and applications. Contribute to master data change controls and knowledge projects, including defining and refining requirements, partner expectations and timelines, and communications at governance meetings. Identify novel approaches to master data and knowledge management to simplify and streamline processes. Request and execute change controls, aligning to regional and global master data governance. Ensure the usability and integrity of system master data and content by reviewing a representative set of change requests for accuracy, completeness and applicability to business rules. Assist with training and development of training materials as needed. Review Master Data Management standard operating procedures, work instructions and forms. Contribute to incidences, investigations and corrective actions / preventative actions. Support system upgrade activities including: requirements definition, testing and training. Work multi-functionally with and mentor Content Analyst and System Analyst Contractors to ensure end-to-end alignment within system and across system maintenance activities. Qualifications The qualifications include: BA/BS in business or technology required Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; visual basics programming experience a plus Minimum 4 - 6 years’ experience in enterprise systems and content administration; contact centers/customer service environments and work in global product databases a plus Understanding of data/knowledge management systems and supporting automation tools and applications; experience in data hierarchies a plus Understanding of content management supporting systems operations; experience in product configurations a plus Good technical and analytical skills with the proficiency to pinpoint data anomalies in records based on analysis Strong customer service orientation, creative and positive problem solver Strong leadership skills, able to direct individuals in the context of project related activities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven critical thinking skills Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company.
