About this role: Key Responsibilities Working as part of the Continuous Improvement team you will be responsible for our creating our TWI JBS documentation and co-ordinating our site communications, as per details below. The creation of Standard Operating Procedures from available sources of technical information, e.g. equipment manuals, operating instructions etc. These procedures will need to be in line with standard processes from a Quality, Operations, Safety and Engineering perspective. Responsible for the creation of other documents as required. Working to timelines within a fast paced manufacturing, start up operation. Responsible for routing the documentation through the document management system within the agreed approval cycle. Ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand text or operating procedures. Working closely with trainers to ensure all documents are user friendly. Aid in training of SOPs and other documents as required. Strive to continuously improve and update documents based on feedback from Users and other functions. Also responsible for coordinating, creating and maintaining site communication content including digital and on-line formats This is not a comprehensive list of job functions. May be opportunity for other duties as assigned. Organisational interfaces: Operations Personnel, Quality, Engineering, Training. Key competencies required: Ability to work in a fast moving and changing environment Excellent Report Writing Skills Coaching expertise Consistent track record of problem solving Ability to work in a high support/high challenge environment Business Insight Experienced at working on cross functional teams Good organizational skills, including experience organizing self and others, coordinating and initiating work arrangements with minimal direction and the capacity to work under stress. Innovative High level of energy, engagement, ownership and responsibility Ability to work on own initiative and a part of a team Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications Experience, skills & proficiencies required: Qualifications & experience: ESSENTIAL: • TWI Trained to Coach level essential • Applicants will have a relevant qualification in engineering, quality or related technical discipline. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a technical writing role • Excellent MS Office Suite, Visio and Design software skills • Experienced in the delivery of training Desirable: Experience in an FDA approved facility preferred Closing date: 12/08/2022 Primary Location United Kingdom-England-Blackpool- Organization Depuy Int'l Ltd.
