About this role: Key Responsibilities Working as part of the Continuous Improvement team you will be responsible for our creating our TWI JBS documentation and co-ordinating our site communications, as per details below. The creation of Standard Operating Procedures from available sources of technical information, e.g. equipment manuals, operating instructions etc. These procedures will need to be in line with standard processes from a Quality, Operations, Safety and Engineering perspective. Responsible for the creation of other documents as required. Working to timelines within a fast paced manufacturing, start up operation. Responsible for routing the documentation through the document management system within the agreed approval cycle. Ability to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand text or operating procedures. Working closely with trainers to ensure all documents are user friendly. Aid in training of SOPs and other documents as required. Strive to continuously improve and update documents based on feedback from Users and other functions. Also responsible for coordinating, creating and maintaining site communication content including digital and on-line formats This is not a comprehensive list of job functions.
