    Position summary

    Position Title:   Country Safety Team Lead, Baltic & Nordics

    Function:  R&D -  Drug & Product Safety Operations

    Country:  Baltic and Nordic areas - Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania

    The country Safety Team lead for Baltic and Nordic cluster has the overall LSO responsibilities for the 8 countries in the cluster according to SLA between GMS and Janssen Pharma Companies / J&J Consumer Company and OCMS (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania)

    Ensuring that the LOC Safety activities, related to medicinal and non-medicinal products are managed in compliance with local regulations and company policies/procedures at a local, regional and global levels and in accordance with any Product vigilance agreements with third party business partners

    Having appropriate Pharmaco- and consumer product vigilance and Risk management systems in place in order to assure appropriate oversight for products within its responsibility

    Managing and coaching Local Medical Safety Team (LMS).

    Ensure the pro-active Benefit Risk Management throughout product life cycle translating global safety data to insights and actions tailoring to local specificities and needs as described in the JD for Local Medical Safety Specialist.
