JANSSEN is recruiting for an HEOR Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) Specialist, located in Colombia, Argentina, Panama or Mexico. In this role, the candidate will be responsible of develop and update literature reviews and assess quality of evidence (critical appraisal) by GRADE and other similar tools. This role has a strategic impact at a regional level and at each operating company in LATAM. As member of the regional Market Access Team, the specialist has a wide perspective of the strategy of each therapeutic area at each country, with active participation in the strategic conversations. The Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) Specialist shall guarantee the highest quality and guideline's compliance in all deliverables developed by the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Janssen's Portfolio. The specialist should have good communication skills to transfer knowledge of each CoE deliverable to local teams (including field teams). Besides, He/She must have a strong background in epidemiology. He/She should also have strategic thinking, project management and teamworking skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and update literature reviews. Assess quality of evidence (critical appraisal) by GRADE and other similar tools. Propose additional analysis based on clinical data to reinforce the value proposition. Support peers to fill data gaps from the economic models in the scientific literature. Executes a plan for improving the quantity and quality of literature reviews activities. Prepare presentations and documentation to demonstrate the benefits of covering the company's products based on the clinical Evidence available. Master's or Diploma in Epidemiology or health related areas. HTA training (preferred) Experience and Skills: Required: At least two years of experience doing literature reviews.
