Your typical day may include: Maintenance of Customer Accounts across the EMEA region. Establishing robust processes for account changes in order to improve accuracy and minimise complaints Documenting all processes relating to customer account changes including market requirements. Driving compliance across the region in order to minimise risk to the business Improving the relationships and knowledge of business processes between customer supports and the local sales and marketing department Driving process improvements for New Accounts to ensure we maximise sales potential from the start Qualifications Experience, skills & proficiencies required: To be part of this high-performance team you will have a high degree of customer, and process focus together with high attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills together with sound administrative skills are essential to the success of this role You will also have: Have experience in Master Data (preferable SAP) Analytics skills and working with Excel formulas Power Apps knowledge will be an advantage The ability to work effectively within a high pace environment High degree of compliance focus Able to work well under pressure Excellent organisational skills It would be an advantage should you be able to communicate in any of those languages, such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Czech, Finish, Swedish or Dutch.
