    Position summary

    1. Role overview Description
    • Responsible for solving complex customer challenges, providing support and services requiring advanced insights and expertise to complete customer transactions
    • Enable strong relationships and collaboration across functions as needed to

    provide high-level customer satisfaction. Proactively support and implement the projects for continuous.

    • Take the role as customer service contact window, to receive, coordinate, response and support the internal / external function connection.
    1. Key Responsibilities

    • Provide oversight and technical direction for order to cash management to initial the project of process optimization and efficiency enhancement.

    • Tracking of CS KPIs, such as OTIF-OM, DSE/DSI, Returns, Rush Orders and Complaints and

    share action Plans with CS management.

    • Lead annual customer experience survey, drive the customer voice insight analysis and action plan execution to ensure high quality of service level.

    • Lead and support APAC/ global / end to end supply chai project to build-up digital capability for China customer service team.
