Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Customer Development Manager, located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This role is responsible for achieving product sales to new and established national/key accounts to achieve sales objectives and greater market penetration. This job is eligible for sales incentives/sales commissions. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for leading the delivery of sales, spend and profit targets within a specified category for Mydin and Giant account. Create, negotiate and delivery full year joint business plans for Johnson & Johnson franchise Review and tailor go to market plans in line with profit and market share targets Make accurate forecast volume, sales revenue value & trade spend forecasts. Build strong relationships with your customers and represent your customer’s needs within the J&J business. Qualifications Have experience within the FMCG landscape, and ideally experience within the Hypermarket & Supermarket channel: A proven track record of strong commercial performance from sales, key account management, Microsoft office, presentation skill, account profitability and share point of view. Ability to build and harvest great relationships both internally and externally to achieve strategic business objectives High level of autonomy and enjoy networking to achieve results Ability to engage & excite your customers and collaborate with J&J stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity and shape/deliver strategies and plans that create joint business value. Can do attitude, proactive and solution minded. Strong commercial acumen & excellent numeracy and analytical skills Ability to identify sales driving opportunities and drive business effectiveness Build strong collaborative relationships both internally & externally. Proactively engage customers and internal teams to shape & build strong commercial plans. Act with integrity, engage in transparent and constructive conversations, bring people with you.
