Role & Responsibilities
The China Supply Chain Digital & Capability Lead is a critical leadership position, responsible for E2E SC digital transformation and capability development in China. This role will lead China E2E SC digital transformation, to develop China digital SC strategy in sync with MT China digital strategy and global SC digital strategy, oversee digital initiatives across E2E functions for synergy and scalability, adopt new digital technology, lead digital PoC as test & learn for scale up, promote digital culture and build digital capabilities across end-to-end functions to enable our growth aspiration of $10B by 2030. In addition, this role also responsible for E2E SC performance management and improvement, including but not limited to, supply chain dashboard, end-to-end master data management etc; planning strategic capabilities deployment, such as demand planning, inventory management, IBP maturity improvement etc; as well as coordinating customer collaborating strategies and solution development.
