The PGEO provides leadership and support to the Global Services Procurement organization, manages business engagement relationships with Global Services, Procurement and other key stakeholder groups. The role will manage strategy development, strategic project execution and continuous improvement/optimization of areas of responsibility to drive efficient Procurement processes and an optimized engagement model. This role will have accountability for internal and external Experience, Content, Efficient Channel enablement from purchasing through payments, and execution of strategic priorities/initiatives. This role is responsible for transforming the employee and external partner experience via integrating the end-to-end business processes, technology platforms/tools and org design in support of optimal execution of Procurement processes. The role will utilize data to inform and drive insights. The role will be required to partner across Procurement pillars and stakeholder groups. The PGEO will drive from a global perspective while partnering closely with regional service delivery teams. The PGEO will drive continuous improvement and optimization to ensure strategic focus and organizational value add for areas of responsibility and be key to driving an elevated Procurement experience for stakeholders via direct accountability for Experience, Content and Global Channel enablement while strategically executing in accordance with Global Services Procurement key strategic initiatives.
