Summary of Opportunity: This role requires the candidate to act as the Quality Project Director supporting Network Optimization projects including construction of a new DePuy Synthes manufacturing facility in Alajuela, Costa Rica. The role requires the candidate to partner with Plan / Source, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and other functions to define approach / strategy / organization structure to enable successful execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Plan / Source, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and MQSA to establish overall quality strategy for Project's
Build quality projects organization to support projects.
Recruit, Lead, Develop Quality projects team.
Establish and/or update Intercompany Quality Agreements
Communicate project strategies and status updates to Quality and project leadership
Timely customer concern of risks and emerging issues
Qualifications

Experience/Knowledge Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences or related subject area is required
Requires a minimum of 8+ years experience in the medical device industry leadership
Strong communication, partnership and analytical skills are required
Experience in Product transfers is an advantage.
