The Function is driving Transformational changes across the business with a focus on providing a dedicated Global Segment Deliver Leadership, integrating Deliver within the core End to End Supply Chain processes and driving Deliver functional excellence all focused on enhancing our Customer Promise. The Deliver organization is dedicated to enabling the Customer Experience across our Medical Technologies businesses which are solving the most meaningful medical and healthcare needs across the globe. Key Responsibilities: Represent Deliver in the CSS franchise Supply Chain Leadership Team (SCLT) by bringing functional expertise and a full view of Deliver strategy and operations for the franchise Orchestrate processes with commercial and supply chain to bring the Voice of the Customer, Net Promoter Score and customer experience insights to the table to define and assess performance against a cohesive customer promise Actively optimize End to End (E2E) CSS supply chain by providing visibility, analytics and driving continuous improvement focused on, On Time In Full (OTIF-D), Inventory, and Cost Performance Integrate Deliver within core global planning processes (e.g., Short Term Event Management, new product introduction, strategic capacity planning, manufacturing network and Integrated Business Planning) Collaborate with Global Deliver Excellence and Supply Chain to drive global distribution network and flows optimization initiatives Ensures “Design for Deliver” inputs are incorporated into R&D processes and Deliver readiness and flawless execution for New Product Introduction (NPI) globally. Partners with CSS franchise Supply Chain and GDEx to shape Deliver strategy for the segment and capture its implications in the Long Range Financial Plan (LRFP). Ensures Deliver priorities are integrated with broader franchise priorities Represent the Deliver function in the Supply Chain Franchise Financial planning cycles (BP/JU/NU). Aligns Deliver resources to support Business Development activities (e.g., due diligence); ensures integration / separation projects are appropriately resource from a Deliver perspective In collaboration with Supply Chain defines Deliver capability priorities and partners with GDEx to prioritize, pilot and scale up partnership opportunities Qualifications Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s or equivalent University Degree is required, Masters or advanced degree preferred. Experience and Skills: Required: Minimum of 10 years overall business experience is required, preferably focused on Customer Service, Operations, Planning, Strategy and management of large programs. Proven success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with constantly evolving priorities and tight timelines. Demonstrated impact in increasingly complex leadership roles, including roles requiring orchestration and leadership by influence; E2E mentality and collaboration. Strong understanding of core Order Fulfillment processes (Customer Service, Warehousing and Transportation) Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Preferred: Minimum of 5 years managerial experience representing Supply Chain or a function in Leadership Teams. Strong planning and systems understanding (Order to Cash, digital, visibility & Warehouse systems) with demonstrated track record of execution.
