    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Global End-to-End process optimization and standardization initiatives which requires a high level of influencing and leadership skills. Stakeholders are Managers and above, globally, across multiple domains (Plan, source, make, deliver, quality, finance, R&D, commercial and clinical).
    • Own the E2E Process Flows and governance for all CAR-T manufacturing sites, including CMOs. Given the dramatically different supply chain for these therapies, will use these flows to identify system enhancements, automation opportunities and meaningful insights in the vein-to-vein continuum including, but not limited to, patient, customer, quality, finance, planning, and manufacturing domains.
    • Drive and prioritize SC Systems’ backlog initiatives
    • Partner with JJT, MTO and Digital & Data Science teams to ensure data strategy is in synch with planned process improvement initiatives
    • Continuously improve Process Governance to ensure documentation is up to date, adherence to data strategy and effective End-to-End change controls are followed
    • Facilitate E2E SC readiness for each country launch, inclusive of system & data readiness testing and ongoing support.
    • Communicate issues or delays effectively and proactively to the appropriate business partners in Clinical and Commercial Operations.
    • Drive efficiencies through suitable adoption of new technologies and enhanced approaches to how we operate (Challenge the Status Quo and drive improvement).
    • Perform tasks in a manner consistent with safety policies, quality systems, and cGMP requirements.
