Join the EMA Vision Care team in our mission to bring clear, comfortable and healthy vision with Acuvue Contact lenses. In this regional role, you will be part of the regional commercial analytics team empowering data based decisions to drive performance and redefining the ways we interact with our customers. You will play a key role building and deploying solutions to implement our data strategy and transform the analytics capabilities across the region. As the EMA advanced data analyst, you will need to have a passion for data and to be strong at collecting, understanding and manipulating data with modern solutions and creating data visualisation using innovative approaches Key Responsibilities: Support analytics services for centralised data processes and dashboard: maintain and enhance existing data models and flows to further automate processes supporting commercial analytics in local markets and at regional level Manage processes to support new data sets acquisition, integration & distribution Ensure appropriate usage of data and establish metrics to measure the quality of the data & monitor dashboard use Support commercial data catalogue effort Collaborate with colleagues on data validation activities This role will not have people management responsibilities to start with Qualifications Qualifications Education: Degree in mathematics, computer sciences or related experience preferred Experience and Skills: Required: Intermediate experience with a SQL based relational database Proven track record to modify data via Update, Insert and Merge, understanding of stored procedures, triggers, indexing, primary and foreign keys, basic performance optimisation (Redshift, SQL server, Oracle etc...) Work with OOP languages Python/VB etc.. Experience reading and interpreting system documentation Experience reading/understanding and modifying code written by other developers Knowledge of software development process and frameworks: testing, code repository management (version control), AGILE framework, Basic knowledge of: networking, system administration, operating systems Proficient with Microsoft office suite Preferred: Alteryx Web scraping Experience with digital marketing data Tableau SalesForce user experience Previous experience working with SAP Knowledge of Python/R Previous experience in Healthcare industry will be a plus basic scripting in Powershell/DOS or BASH Other: Experience translating end-user requirements into technical solutions with partners across EMEA Ability to deliver on objectives without direct supervision Natural curiosity and positive energy level required to proactively engage with business partners Proficient English is required as the primary business language Excellent collaboration, communication are crucial 3 days per week office based, 2 WFH Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
