This role is responsible for creating scalable advanced analytics solutions to influence decision-making at senior levels of the organization, driving revenue and share growth for sales and marketing, and optimizing commercial tactics for Janssen brands. They will be responsible for introducing innovative techniques and methodologies (including AI/ML) that will uncover growth opportunities, outmaneuvering the competition.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day relationships and projects with sales leadership, brand marketing and other commercial partners across commercial excellence
• Act as an internal consultant, proactively developing solutions to uncover business opportunities and actionable insights by leading presentations
• Build, evolve and manage promotional response models across sales and marketing to provide insights and recommendations to optimize promotional efforts and return-on-investment
• Collaborate both internally and externally with vendors to coordinate cross-functional analytics projects
• Assist in budget management, project prioritization and project management
