ERP Integrations Product Owner IT Lead

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for ERP Integrations Product Owner – IT Lead to be located in Bridgewater, NJ and will consider JNJ sites within Pennsylvania. J&J is investing strategically on a global digital platform strategy called TranSCend (Transforming Supply Chain E2E). Powered by end-to-end digital technologies, globally uniform and modernized platforms, this strategy will enable greater value, analytics and insights for J&J. It will transform the way J&J operates and deliver a best-in-class digital Supply Chain experience. In order to achieve this vision we need to improve our ERP products which are integrated to many other J&J systems. On behalf of the ERP / Plan product line, we are seeking an ERP Integration Product Owner with deep knowledge and experience delivering digital solutions to build an API first integration strategy, governance, and platform to enable our Finance business processes. API’s are seen as the ‘connective tissue” of digital ecosystems, emphasizing flexibility and extensibility to ensure a seamless integration experience. Our API approach focuses on system to system and integrated solutions that minimize manual steps and provide end-to-end solutions between our ERP's and other Digital platforms. With digital solutions continuing to evolve it is imperative that we continue to grow in the digital world. We are looking for a digital integration leader like you! Responsibilities Collaborate with partners across JNJ to govern and maintain the Supply Chain API Catalog. Ensure all ERP related APIs are published to the catalog and meet standards and policies defined by the API governance board. Run multiple simultaneous API development projects while ensuring development meets JNJ SDLC standards, and that delivery meets schedule and budget requirements. This includes handling communications across multiple teams involved within a project and maintaining relationships with JJTS development teams. Collaborate with Supply Chain partners to govern integration requirements, ensuring that APIs accurately support business processes and are leverage-able across multiple business units and ERP systems. Define and implement the Integration Data Models to be shared across multiple systems and projects supporting Transcend integrations. Build data models and implement a process to govern models in partnership with teams across JNJ. Partner across the organization to ensure API development and governance standards are maintained. Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level. Collaborate with Business Process Owner and the Global Product Owner on planning and prioritization of integrations Develop and continuously improve knowledge of API technologies and trends across the industry. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree A minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading IT projects with a successful track record of delivering robust solutions Deep understanding of integrations & API management Demonstrates process-based thinking and is highly organized Demonstrates solid project management skills, including management of partner expectations and development teams Expertise in Agile methodology and use of Jira Experience leading multiple simultaneous projects Experience setting direction, providing guidance and assist in clearing impediments for the scrum team Solid grasp of ERP systems, preferably SAP Solid grasp of API integration architecture & strategies Strong knowledge of Supply Chain related business processes. Preferably with a focus on Finance processes Familiarity and understanding of Supply Chain application landscape Understanding of Data Modeling Understanding of SAP and or JDE tables/schemas Able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences Able to effectively collaborate with BTL, JJTS and external partners Experience working with SOX and GxP requirements and regulations Experience working with MuleSoft and AnyPoint Exchange preferred At Johnson & Johnson, we’re on a mission to change the trajectory of health for humanity.
