    Position summary

    logistics, HR/Finance administration, purchasing, office setup, and others.

    To support AP RA administrative work to increase department compliance and efficiency as assigned. Examples are:

    • Coordinate AP RA Connect sessions

    • Administration and support of 1-Supply access/update

    • GRA employee movement check-in and on-boarding support

    • LiFT Local Labeling Deviation administrative management

    • Coordination of quarterly pipeline overview up-date

    To coordinate system administration for the department sharepoint and the assigned system/programs as a point of contact.

    Qualifications

    • College degree preferred
    • Minimum 3-5 years experiences in Executive Assistance to senior management in a MNC environment
    • Good communication skills - written and spoken
    • Interpersonal effectiveness skills
    • Problem solving
    • Organized work with good understanding of HR/Finance process
    • Managing multitasking and prioritization
    • Fluency and/or learning agility in handling IT system/programs (MS Office, Database, Sharepoint, etc.)
    • Social media management skills
