ion of payments/credits on the account and perform research from the mailbox for any related documentation from customer/sales/customer service
Drive process improvement initiatives by collaborating with colleagues and team members to ease the collections process pain points
Support the team for adhoc requests coming from commercial teams (e.g. Letter Distributions, Urgent SOA, Invoice Requests from customers)
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related courses
Good command of English, both oral and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Teamwork spirit and can work under pressure
Result oriented, able to succeed in a deadline-oriented environment
Learning agility, adaptability to change with a growth mindset
