    Position summary

    ion of payments/credits on the account and perform research from the mailbox for any related documentation from customer/sales/customer service

    • Drive process improvement initiatives by collaborating with colleagues and team members to ease the collections process pain points

    • Support the team for adhoc requests coming from commercial teams (e.g. Letter Distributions, Urgent SOA, Invoice Requests from customers)

    • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

    Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related courses

    • Good command of English, both oral and written

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    • Teamwork spirit and can work under pressure

    • Result oriented, able to succeed in a deadline-oriented environment

    • Learning agility, adaptability to change with a growth mindset
