Finance Manager, Global Product Manager, MT Transcend

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Finance Manager to lead the MT transcend ERP Interface design and deployment with legacy systems. As per the MT TranSCend strategy every deployment will be designing and building interfaces with the legacy systems to ensure accurate and timelily books of records are submitted for internal and external reporting. The successful candidate will lead the Global Interface design and support the regional deployments.

• Support the Development and implementation of a Global Interface designing as part of the continuous design, build, test, and deploy methodology framework with particular focus on E2E leveragability of these interfaces
• Support the deployment of these interfaces in every MT transcend project deployment and work as custodian of overall design
• Overall accountable building a robust reconciliation process of these interfaces and handing over the run-support team
• Work very closely with the compliance team in ensuring all business and compliance requirements are delivered through these interfaces
• Work very closely with the project teams to ensure Global interface design is deployed and where necessary enhanced to meet business requirements
• Partner with the JJT, FS&T, GPO and BPO teams to ensure Global Design is delivered
• Collaborate with the Master Data Governance team to support the implementation of a well-orchestrated data management support model as it relates to finance master data and interfaces
