We are searching the best talent for Patient Support Program Senior Manager to be in Brazil. Reporting to a Board Director and working closely with Business Partner of Patient Solutions Center of Excellence, the Senior Manager is the head of the Patient Strategy and Support Programs structure and responsible for defining and implementing strategies related to patient that bring value to the brands and the ecosystem. Also, the Sr manager will manage the budget, operations and all compliance, privacy, legal and quality requirements related to her/his area of responsibilities. The senior manager is also a people leader. This position will ensure the flawless leading of the execution of the Patient´s solutions programs strategic planning processes and works with cross-functional colleagues to ensure alignment with CVT/IBVT strategy/objectives. It develops and executes support program communication plans—ensuring clear communication between all internal stakeholder involved al the local and regional level. RESPONSIBILITIES: Align and collaborate with Patient Solutions CoE in the definition of strategic planning for PSP/DSP considering Brand teams priorities and stakeholders unmet needs; Engagement with other internal areas (Marketing, Legal, Access, Compliance, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Commercial Excellence and Finance) and external suppliers to develop strategic recommendations to the Business. Manage and implement new PSP/DSP programs, creating value proposition to the brands that generate impacts to Patient, Caregivers, HCPs and Payers; Manage, together with Finance BP and PSP BPs, the Investments and Operational costs of PSP/DSP (Budget) Evaluate external partnership to create innovative business models and/or services; Develop a data driven PSP/DSP, providing key business-insights to the different areas; Find opportunities and implement processes optimization to generate efficiencies; Report the results/impacts of the department, from executive and operational point of view; Stay tuned of industry trends and important legislation impacting the business (e.g. GDPR/LGPD, Regulatory requirements etc); Liase with Regional CoEs teams as well as Brands, Compliance, Legal, PV, Privacy, Regulatory and Quality teams. Maintain governance within the area such SOPs, WIs, Compliance Committees Participate and support business reviews, regional monitoring-checks and audits; Manage a winning-team and the partners related to the PSP/DSP operations; Be a role model to her/his team, developing leaders, succession plan and having meaningful conversation during the objective reviews, performance reviews and career planning. Qualifications University Science/Healthcare, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical, Technology degrees or equivalent combination of experience and education. 5 years experience in pharmaceutical industry. 5-7 years experience in management positions. English, Spanish as a plus. Deep knowledge of patient programs, operational policies and processes. Strong business and financial acumen. Able to balance Strategic / Execution mindset. Able to navigate and influence a matrix organization. Strong analytical skills and resources management. Executive presence and great presentation skills. Effective interpersonal and leadership skills. Innovative thinking and experience in driving workshops using Design Thinking, Agile methodologies. Good understanding on how emerging techs can create business value. Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools.
