    [Summary]

    Johnson & Johnson Global Health Services(GHS) is recruiting for GHS Site Lead, located in Incheon.

    Responsible for optimizing the development and execution of GHS strategies and standards for local operating company, in the areas of Occupational Health, Wellness & Health Promotion, Employee Assistance Programs. The role is combined with a site-specific Occupational Health and Wellness & Health Promotion role.

    [Responsibilities]

    1. Responsible for implementation of GHS strategy and site level GHS operational service delivery, for all Occupational Health, Wellness & Health Promotion, Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

    2. Lead/support the development of the site Global Health Service program development to be in compliance with J&J requirements and legal requirements.

    3. Drive health outcomes including reducing population health risks, handling and eliminating workplace health risks and supporting improved business outcomes through advancing employee health and wellbeing.

    4. Accountable for the GHS metrics, goals and outcomes and works with operations lead to develop corrective action where necessary.

    5. Accountable for quality assurance and process efficiencies, including supporting global strategies for the successful deployment of Comprehensive Audit and QA guideline programs and systems for key data and metric tracking.

    6. Responsible for the development, implementation and completion of the site medical surveillance program, including bio-monitoring and trending.

    7. Responsible for the management of the Occupational injury/illness shall be reported and recorded in accordance with J&J recordkeeping requirements and in compliance with local country regulations.

    8. Lead and implement key management activities including budget, and regulatory tracking processes.

    9. Provide GHS technical assistance and support as needed.

    10. Support the Operations Lead with any specific GHS activities in the geographical area, this can be, but is not limited to, integration and divestiture activities, implementation of new programs and global or regional health promotion activities.

    [Requirements]

    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (간호사); Occupational Health qualification required.

    • 3+ years of Health Services management experience.

    • Technical experience in employee health programs.

    • Proven background in Occupational Health. (Medical Surveillance, Medical Case Management for Occupational & Non-occupational injuries and illnesses, Recordkeeping, Workplace Incidents & Accidents, Travel Health, Food Hygiene)

    • Proficiency in English.

    • Business insight and customer sensitivity.

    • Leadership; ability to gain trust and influence at all levels; collaborative.

    • Effective team development capability.

    • Strong communicator who is reliable and self-assured; strong technical skills.

    • Strong compliance orientation.

    • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, focused team-based environment.

    • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
