    The Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine (J&J IM) Global Market Access organization works in collaboration with Global Strategic Marketing, Global Medical Affairs, Research & Development, and regions around the globe to enable worldwide patient access to our healthcare innovations.

    J&J IM Global Commercial Strategy Organization, Oncology Therapeutic Area, is recruiting for a Global Oncology Market Access Co-op, based in Toronto, ON. This will be a yearlong co-op beginning in the fall of 2025 and ending fall 2026.

    What does the role entail?

    This role is focused on various assets in Oncology. You will have the opportunity to support launch and/or pipeline indications for these assets.

    As a Global Oncology Market Access Co-op Associate, you will:

    • Be responsible for supporting global health economics and market access tactical plans for our oncology brands/portfolio

    • Develop and maintain tools and resources critical to enable effective execution of Global market access strategies

    • Define and develop tools to improve efficiency in processes and communications with internal partners

    • Conduct literature searches and synthesize clinical / real-world data

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor, Graduate degree or PhD in an appropriate field (Science, Pharmacy, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or Public Health).

    • Achieved strong academic performances

    • You should demonstrate excellent time leadership skills and attention to detail

    • Strong familiarity with word, excel, and PowerPoint software

    • Outstanding communication (written and oral) and strong social skills

    • You should work independently and demonstrate high motivation to surpass expectations

    • Permanently authorized to work in Canada, must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
