Join us now as a Government Affairs & Policy Specialist and be part of the Government Affairs & Policy Team of Johnson&Johnson. In this role you will report to the Senior Director Government Affairs & Policy, Switzerland, and will be responsible for managing various projects, delivering high quality input in form of briefings, presentations, and notes. You will be monitoring and analyzing policy issues, preparing and leading internal and external meetings and connecting to the relevant internal and external stakeholders. Government Affairs & Policy Specialist Main responsibilities: Responsible for managing assigned portfolio of projects, conducting project reviews, monitoring dependencies, reporting status, ensuring standardized deliverables across each phase of the project lifecycle and ensuring high-quality and timely input from internal or external third parties. Create communication material and documentations (briefings, presentations, meeting minutes, articles, newsletters, SharePoint maintenance etc.) for internal and external use. Support in monitoring, managing and analysing impact of policy issues in close collaboration with internal business leaders and functional experts. Support of all activities within the scope of the collaboration with industry associations. Support the team members with desk research and gathering intelligence. Manage the internal and external planning process and the setting up of the respective internal and external meetings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 3+ years professional experience in a similar role in an international environment Project or Program Management experience: demonstrated ability to set technical and/or organizational processes, strategic alignment and coordination Knowledge of the Swiss political structure and experience in working with the administration Excellent oral & written German AND English skills (ideally also French) Ability to work autonomously under pressure and manage scenarios with ambiguity A proactive approach and an ability to prioritize and anticipate are required Discretion when working with confidentiality and sensitive data, especially as the Senior Director is engaging with senior Government and political figures in Switzerland or other jurisdictions (e.g. Brussels).
