    • 生产安排

      • 根据实际情况调整各岗位工作。
      • 根据产量需求和实际生产能力,安排人员加班。
    • 现场管理

      • 监督操作工的行为符合质量、安全要求。
      • 按要求对操作岗位进行质量抽查。
      • 监督操作工完成各项日常检查。
      • 确认各岗位的换批清场、复核生产数量。
      • 确认洁净区的压差、温湿度符合要求。
      • 设备报修、跟进和验收确认。
      • 填写、跟进交班记录,确保工作的正确交接与问题的解决。
      • 确保生产现场的物品摆放符合5s要求
      • 组织每班的生产例会。
    • 库存管理

      • 根据库存和需求填写生产领料单领取物料。
      • 复核仓库发货数量,领用并分配物料。
      • 控制物料的废弃,及时发现异常废弃。
      • 及时更换标签、标签袋。
    • 人员培训

      • 安排新员工培训。
      • 提供新员工试用期反馈。
      • 文件更新再培训。
    • 数据统计

      • 每天对员工的考勤进行统计。
      • 按时完成入库单。
      • 输入相应设备运行及生产数据。
    • 文件记录

      • 按要求填写各项质量记录。
      • 复核批生产记录。
      • 更新、装订记录本,按要求发放批记录。
    • 沟通与合作

      • 保持与其它相关部门的有效合作与沟通。
      • 组织有效的会议,确保下属及时了解相关规定。
    • EHS

      • 督促员工遵守操作安全要求,参与日常的防火和安全保卫工作。
      • 发现事故隐患,应立即报告。
      • 一旦发生紧急事故,应遵守相关的安全程序。
      • 遵守公司信条和公司的各项规章制度。
      • 负责将业务相关问题或机会传达给下一级管理层。
      • 对于那些监督或管理员工的人员,如适用,负责确保下属遵循与健康,安全和环境实践相关的所有公司指南,以及所有需要的资源都是可用的,且状况良好。
      • 负责确保个人和公司遵守联邦、州、地方和公司的所有法规、政策和程序。
      • 执行其他必要的职责。
