    Position summary

    Global Services (GS) Finance is the Johnson & Johnson finance center located in many regions of the world, being this position located in Paranaque, Philippines.

    The main goal of this position as part of Legal Entity Accounting (LEA) Team is to deliver compliant local financial services to J&J affiliates. The GS LEA Project Manager is responsible for deployment of GS Finance projects with a main focus on Legal Entity Accounting.  Such projects can include finance operating interaction model updates, coordinating and addressing corrective action plans for existing opportunities, mapping additional processes and improvements, address new regulatory financial requirements and continuous improvements.

    Main accountabilities: Project Management

    • Lead the deployment of specific finance projects with focus on Legal Entity Accounting Scope, and its interlinkage with other groups in GS, TAX and business areas, navigating through J&J matrix
    • Lead implementation of Corrective Action plans mapped for GS LEA areas while ensure proper tracking and addressing of new opportunities of improvements
    • Lead specific GS LEA Finance projects when applicable for financial local requirements
    • Accountable for issue and risk resolution & partner concern to management where required
    • Handle interdependencies with other initiatives, local and global
    • Provide leadership, coaching, training, and guidance to workstream leads involved on projects so they can proactively carry out their role to the highest possible standard and support the initiatives from LEA
    • Manage and monitor key deliverables and milestones
    • Continuously ensure alignment of project initiatives with the global design
    • Effectively supervise multiple projects concurrently
    • Support global initiatives for improvements and standardizations
