    The Health IT Marketing Product Manager will help plan and deliver the rapid evolution of EHR as a marketing channel within the CVM Health System Marketing team. It will partner closely with the Health System Manager field team to gather requirements and roll out marketing capabilities and resources aimed to improve patient and engagement and outcomes within U.S. Electronic Health Record workflows across key health system accounts. This includes concept planning, execution oversight and optimization insights.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support development of an integrated digital health strategy for organized customers segments with a focus on addressing digital barriers and using technology to improve population health
    • Collaborate with CVM Health System Managers to apply and optimize current solutions and partnerships that work within HCP workflows across an extensive network of EHRs
    • Contribute to the continual evolution of policies and standard operating procedures for the appropriate use of EHRs as a marketing channel.
    • Anticipate, organize, and address prioritization needs across the brand and health system manager team and collaborate with internal and external Janssen partners to execute the digital health approach.
    • Help establish Health IT goals and success metrics, then contribute performance insights and next steps recommendations upon project completion.
    • Understand new digital health trends and educate internal key partners and business leaders on marketing best practices.
    • Test, learn and scale Innovative Approaches: Serve as a franchise expert in solving and educating on complex health information technology issues by identifying innovative approaches
